On Thursday 12th August LV= Streetwise held their very first Quiz Night, ably run by Quizmaster Tim with a tasty buffet supper at the fantastic Magnums Restaurant and Bar in Bournemouth .....


Ten teams entered but were they as ‘WISE’ as they thought they were or were they just lucky with the questions!?

A stunningly wide-ranging display of knowledge from the teams (in some, but not all, cases!) and a predicatable flurry of 'I knew it was that' comments flew around as the answers were read out.

In the final close run battle Ann Davey's 'Super Furry Lemon Brains' deservedly took the top spot and the £50 winning team's cash prize.

Founded somewhere in the depths of LV='s IT section, the 'Super Furry Lemon Brains' continued the winning streak for LV= * at our LV= Streetwise organised events.

We hope they'll be back to defend their title at the next quiz.... and maybe then we'll get the chance to ask how they got their name and share it with you!
