A BIG thank you to the staff and customers at Sainsbury’s Talbot Heath - the Alder Road store who chose LV= Streetwise as their ‘Charity of the Year’ and throughout 2009/10 helped us and donated goodies for lots of events to help us raise awareness and funds....

Their final event was a TROLLEY DASH in June which raised just over £200!

 

The draw from the hundreds of tickets purchased was officially made by PCSO Rob Stephens of Rossmore Safer Neighbourhood Team, ably helped by Jen and Nicky from the store's HR department

The lucky winner was Heather Emerton who works in the Life section at LV= and she collected over £270 of goods in her two minute trolley dash - adjudicated by deputy store manager Jonathan Champion.

Heather's husband Steve (who she met when he also worked at LV=) followed her round and videod her dash, which can now be seen on Heather's facebook page!
